Product Guarantee

All UK Bathroom Solutions products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in line with the individual manufacturing guarantee periods. This guarantee does not cover products against general wear and tear, improper usage, damage to poor installation or servicing.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase contact us and if we cannot find the product that is right for you, we offer a 14 day full refund returns policy,we do not charge a re-stocking charge for returned goods, all we ask is that the products are returned to us in original packaging and  in a resaleable condition.

Customer Responsibility

You the customer are fully responsible for ensuring that the terms of any order (including any specifications) are correct for your requirements and also that the details on the order and your personal information (including telephone number) has been entered accurately.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If on receipt of your order we do not have the product in stock we will contact you within 24 hours and advise you of the expected delivery time or alternatively arrange a full refund to you for any monies paid to us for the goods.

Payment and Delivery Charges

In purchasing your item you are consenting to the total sale amount being charged to your account. Payments made by credit card are secured by a third party and are encrypted, for security. In addition to the costs for your purchase a delivery charge will be added, this is dependant on the item and can vary with  each sale, although if several items are purchased together the postage charges will be combined. Only when this total amount has been received and cleared will your item be posted to you. Delivery is usually made within 5-7 working days, all goods are delivered to the address on the order form and require a signature on receipt. All goods are checked prior to delivery and once delivered to the customer you will become responsible for them.

Please note: All large deliveries will be made by private courier and will arrive on pallets.
